Huge and reasonably spacious rooms, overlooking sea. Paid usd 1994. Location close enough to the pond, and stores and restaurants.

Comfy beds, the room itself was clean and huge. The incredibly nice staff accommodated all the needs...

The venue was set in the secluded position close enough to the pond along the road, and stores and restaurants. Furthermore, directly on the beach. We got a room with a walk-in shower. Enjoyed having the balcony to enjoy the sea view.

location: the hotel was not far from a quiet, secluded beach, puerto morelos, and the pond. it also was close to the nature.

Beautiful oceanfront location, with a private beach and palm trees for a relaxing stay. The simplicity of the rooms and the calm atmosphere were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The excellent wifi connection allowed me to stay connected and work efficiently. Plus, the lack of city lights made stargazing at night an absolute delight.
The road conditions leading to the property were abysmal, especially during the rainy season. The dirt road was full of enormous potholes and deep mud pools, making it nearly impossible to drive on.

We had an incredible stay at a charming beachside retreat. The sound of the waves and the breathtaking view made it a truly tranquil experience. The ability to cook our own meals and enjoy them on the beach was a bonus. We even had the opportunity to witness the remarkable sight of turtles hatching right on the property. Although the location was remote, it added to the sense of privacy and serenity. The friendly host and his family went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Despite a few minor issues with water pressure and the kitchen, our overall experience was unforgettable. We highly recommend this hidden gem for nature enthusiasts seeking a peaceful getaway.

The location is paradise-like with a warm and welcoming community feel. Perfect for long walks on the beach and some snorkeling. Great for birding with many waders along the beach. Supernice manager and comfortable accommodations. Lovely cats and friendly dogs on the property. Well-stocked supermarket nearby. Ideal for women traveling alone.
Felt at home instantly, no complaint.

I recently stayed at a beachfront property in Puerto Morelos and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, offering peace and tranquility right by the ocean. The room was comfortable and the beds provided a good night's sleep. The staff at the property were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
While there were a few drawbacks, such as the difficult road to reach the property and the lack of hot water for showering, these didn't significantly impact our overall enjoyment of the stay.

I had the most incredible time at this beachfront property. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and witnessing the breathtaking sunrise every morning was truly magical. The view from the room and patio was absolutely amazing, making me feel like I was sleeping right on the beach. The hosts were incredibly kind and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
Although the road leading to the property was quite bumpy, it added to the adventure and added charm to the off-grid experience. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it didn't overshadow the overall beauty of Casa Kayab.

I had a fantastic experience at this adorable beachfront retreat. The warm-hearted family running the place made me feel right at home. The communal kitchen was well-equipped and the staff were mellow and friendly. I loved the second-story room with its breathtaking view of the palm trees and crashing waves. The tranquility of being away from the town was a major plus. The snorkeling experience with Plancha near the lighthouse was unforgettable, and the reef, fish, and sting rays were truly amazing. I also enjoyed kiteboarding towards the north, where the beach is sandy. Despite the simple accommodations, the house had running water and electricity. Sebastian, the host, was incredibly kind and even provided purified water for drinking. This place is perfect if you want to relax and escape the tourist crowds.
Felt very cared for, no complaints.
